Just for your information:
In glpk 4.58 (released on Feb 2016) the solution format was changed.
[from ChangeLog]
The following source modules were changed due to changes in the
data formats:
* src/api/rdsol.c
* src/api/wrsol.c
* src/api/rdipt.c
* src/api/wript.c
* src/api/rdmip.c
* src/api/wrmip.c
Now these routines use a more consistent DIMACS-like format rather than
a "raw" format used before.
Please ask the pyomo developers/maintainers to make corresponding
changes in the routines that read glpk solution files. Thanks.
