Thank you for your bug report.
I cannot reproduce the bug, which seems to appear in the lp presolver
because of some free non-basic variables in optimal solution to lp
relaxation. Could you please write your instance in gnu format with
glp_write_prob, gzip it, and post it to me (not to the list)? Thanks.
