[Bug-glpk] memory allocation error

Hi,

After upgrading to 4.28 we started having this error:

xfree: memory allocation error
Error detected in file ..\src\glplib07.c at line 138
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Which seems to be the same problem as described here:

We're using GLPK via JNA (https://jna.dev.java.net) instead of direct
JNI calls...
