[Bug-glpk] typo in the reference manual example

Hi.

I'm writing on a OCaml-interface to glpk.  Therefor I read the manual 
carfully.  The first thing I tried was to translate the example in section 
1.3 to OCaml.  I found, that the predicted values 
Z=733.333; x1=33.3333; x2=66.6667; x3=0 are not calculated.
This comes from a typo (?) in the example program.  The values that were 
loaded to the matrix are not the same as in the example.
