[bug-GIFT] Image uploading feature

Dear Maintainer :o) dear GIFT users,
 It seems that the fix generated by the --disable-foreign-urls flag in
the configure (namely the setting of IGNORE_UNKNOWN_URLS) is not an
efficient solution. IF I test a query with a foreign url on a server
that has been compiled with this flag, it immediatly crashes. 
 Interestingly enough, an empty query (which could be considered as
similar) does not lead to the same result. On the same line, mixing a
inner image (ie an image from the local DB) to a foreign url does not
help the query to be accepted!
