Error with the device hpijs

I'm sorry if these are the wrong groups for my question. If this is the
case point me to a group which matches better.

I have a problem concerning the hpijs device from HP (version 0.97). I
done a new compilation of ghostscript and the hpijs-driver as described
in the dokumentations of ghostscript and hpijs. 

But after installation a test with the hpijs driver failed, wether the
test with the deskjet driver was ok. Is there anybody out there who can
give me a hint where the error is.

Here are my tests:

1. deskjet device:
gs -sDEVICE=deskjet -dNOPAUSE -dSAFER -sOutputFile="/dev/lp1"
$file -c quit

The output of the printer is ok. 

2. hpijs device:
gs -sDEVICE=hpijs -sDeviceName=DJ6xxP -dNOPAUSE -dSAFER
-sOutputFile="/dev/lp1" $file -c quit
