So far, no. Ruby, Go, Rust, and D are higher priority because they are
more popular [1][2].

Well, if you have a good understanding of the Dart programming language
and its libraries, and are willing to explain how things would work in the
way you imagine it, please go ahead! The GNU gettext documentation explains
which points are relevant [3]. What would be your take on it?
