Details:
I hit problem that if I have one string only as singular and the same string
that allows also plural, only one singular form is created (and the plural is
missing). I would think that these two translations would not be connected.
It is marked as fuzzy, so it seems that msgcat is fully aware it is connecting
such case, but it still seems bit unnecessary.
Or is there some switch which would stop this behavior? I am mostly asking as
this creates fuzzy translation, which needs some attention from human and
breaks our automation which picks string to be translated, upload them to
translation services and picks translated strings back all without human
intervention.
Reproducer:
```
$ cat f.pot
#: pkg/playground/translate.html:95 pkg/dashboard/index.html:72
msgid "Network"
msgstr ""
$ cat b.pot
#: pkg/machines/components/aggregateStatusCards.jsx:72
msgid "Network"
msgid_plural "Networks"
msgstr[0] ""
msgstr[1] ""
$ msgcat f.pot b.pot
#: pkg/playground/translate.html:95 pkg/dashboard/index.html:72
#: pkg/machines/components/aggregateStatusCards.jsx:72
#, fuzzy
msgid "Network"
msgstr ""
"#-#-#-#-# f.pot #-#-#-#-#\n"
"#-#-#-#-# b.pot #-#-#-#-#\n"
```
