Hi,
When installing gdb 6.3 on my solaris 10 system (i386) I ran into a
problem.
first I did ./configure and then make. This went flawlessly. then I su'd
to root
did a make install and had a problem when install-sh was called from within
a subdirectory. it called ./install-sh instead of ./../install-sh (or
more ../'s,
depending on the amount of subdirs its in).
I worked around this by copying install-sh in all subdirs (ugly hack,
but it worked).
Just though I'd let you guys know about it.
Has this issue been reported before ? did I do something wrong ? will it
get
fixed ?
Regards,
Ilja van Sprundel.
