Subject: Immediate Release Of Your Contract Funds Of USD$25 Million Only .

It may interest you to note that the President of the Federal
Republic Of Nigeria, in conjunction with his council of
ministers have thoroughly looked into the case of unpaid foreign
contractors, and unanimously agreed and mandated my office to
scrutinize and pay off all foreign contractors funds without any
cash payable obstructions or delay, of which you are one of the
contractors listed in our Government annual payment schedule for
this year 2004.

Note that it has been stipulated that your total contract funds
be remmitted into your nominated bank account without you making
any up-front payment of any kind to anybody here in Nigeria or
else where in connection to this your paymet. Be informed also
that as soon as your funds is being remmitted into your bank
account , that you shall be given only 72 hours to offset all
outstanding Government charges,including the Cost Of Transfer (C.
O .T).

Please,do reconfirm to me the following:

(1) Your full bank account details only.

Besides,it also came to our knowledge that most of our
contractors might have relocated and possibly changed their
telephone and fax numbers within this long period of delay in
paying them their contract funds.So,your current and direct
telephone and fax numbers are required urgently for easier and
faster correspondece.

This Government has indeed expressed her deep regrets of the
inconveniences caused you by this delay and hereby promised to do
you proud so as to sanitize the image of Nigeria before the
International Communities.

Do reconfirm the aforementioned information accurately,because
this office will not be held liable for any wrong transfer of
funds into GHOST bank account(s).While thanking you for your
