gdb-5.3 patches for SCO OpenServer 5.0.6 / gcc-3.2.3

William Bader posted a patch to gdb-5.3 12/20/2002.  I tried it today when
building gdb on an OpenServer 5.0.6a system using gcc-3.2.3 for use with
openpkg.org.  The attached patch is very similar to the previous, but fixes
a prototype mismatch error.
