Hello,
When I try to use 'info threads' on a core file (generated on i386 GNU/Linux from an OMNIOrb application) I have:
(gdb) info threads
lin-lwp.c:1292: gdb-internal-error: lin_lwp_thread_alive: Assertion `is_lwp (ptid)' failed.
An internal GDB error was detected. This may make further

I can understand that informations about threads are lost when the program is killed, and so not avaibles when doing post-mortem debugging from a core file, but in this case I think another error message (such as: "thread informations cannot be retrieve") should be written...

Anyway, thank you for the great job you all have done on gdb :)

Oups, sorry, I forget the very important:
(address@hidden, 68) ~ $ gdb --version
GNU gdb 5.1.1
[...]
This GDB was configured as "i386-mandrake-linux".
