[Bug-gcal] German Reformationstag in Sachsen

Hi Giuseppe,

Another bug regarding the German Reformationstag is that gcal doesn't display
it as a public holiday for Sachsen (DE_SN).

$ for land in BW BY BE BB HB HH HE MV NI NW RP SL SN ST SH TH ; do ./gcal -q

Expected output:

As you can see from the section "Historische Fassungen" of [4],
the Reformationstag was a public holiday since 1993 (at least).
I don't know the status for the years up to 1992.
