[Bug-gcal] Issues with 3.5.1 release

Hi,
I want to make you aware of Gentoo bug 314861:

Several files are missing from the tarball:
- Man page (in spite of being mentioned in NEWS:
  "Hyphens corrected in gcal.1")
- NLS support (*.po files)
- German documentation

Besides, some patches that I had sent about one year ago haven't been
applied, e.g. correcting the ISO 3166-2 codes for some countries.

Why are there so many needless whitespace changes in the code? This
breaks any patches that are applied on the distro level. :-( (And yes,
our patches _were_ sent upstream. See above.)

Therefore Gentoo will skip the 3.5.1 release and wait until the
above-mentioned issues are resolved.
