Almost same on processor, but RAM on new servers is lot better.

Is the "hardware is the same" assumption true?  Do those systems run on the 
same machine, i.e. the same CPU and the same memory and local disk 
configuration?  If not, what are the respective hardware configurations (that 
could be seen by right-clicking on "My Computer/This PC" and selecting 
Properties).
