We have  100s of awk scripts.
195 K  records in Parent  file and employee has 5K.

I suggest first to try the improvements in the script that were suggested here 
by Ed Morton.  Those improvements might make the difference a non-issue, if the 
running time goes down to seconds instead of minutes.

And I'd still like to know how many lines are in the ParentChild.csv file and 
in the Emp_Attr.csv file.
