[bug-gawk] minor typo in gawk-4.0.0

I just noticed this minor typo in gawk-4.0.0:

awk.h:70: error: "gawk no loner supports <varargs.h>. Please update your 
compiler and runtime"

"loner" should be "longer".

I found it during a test build of gawk with a compiler that
I don't normally use routinely.
