[Bug-gama] [Gama] Proposed upgrade of the home page

Hello,

I am a member of the gnu.org French translation team [0], and also try
to update obsolete features in web pages to make future style
improvement easier. The home page of Gama [1] lacks a footer; I propose
to upgrade it to the latest boilerplate [2]. This would give the
opportunity to fix a few typos, add a light-gray background ("emph-box"
class) to the code blocks, and center the top of the page. A diff is
attached.
