Dear Ales,
Our input file (and network) is quite big -317 unknowns, 1100
observations-. Do you think it can be the cause of our problems with Gnu
Gama ?
The other cause might be a bug in my conversion program.
We also use a lot of centering equations writtent as vertical 3D vectors
in our input file.

This was a bug which I hope is fixed with 1.12 release.
Your EN coordinates (x-east, y-north) is a left oriented system which
is consistent with left oriented angles (directions observed in
clockwise manner).
