Ok, cool.

On the contribute page of the freedink GNU website, the mentions only free sound and music replacements and translators.

Do the developers have any other plan to develop the game further?

On the Savannah Hosting Page it says only two active members. Are there any other developers or generally people still active?

The two above questions are mainly what I would like to know, followed by if there are aspects/features in the game that need developing, then I would like to have a go at it ( though it will be my first crack at developing a game).
