Thanks for the report. This sounds like a problem in your environment
to me:
The current directory is included in the PATH environment vari$
I'm not sure why the output is interspersed here, but the error
diagnostic is quite suspicious: maybe some other 'find' program
in your PATH has been executed instead of the just-built one.
Would you please try with a sane path, and also please verify
that "." is not part of your PATH environment variable?
