Follow-up Comment #3, bug #26885 (project findutils):

Dear FSF,

I do not understand  your request to assign copyright to you. If I do so, I
lose the right to sue any possible violations of the GPL. 

If I don't you'll still be able to start the courtcase because you own some of
the copyrights. 

Anyway, this is not the place to fight over such issues.
