in 4.3.9 the documentation licenses/copyrights are strange:

the license is included in the section entitled ``GNU Free Documentation
License''.

doc/find.texi
Permission is granted to make and distribute verbatim copies of
this manual provided the copyright notice and this permission notice are
preserved on all copies.

Therefore there are three issues:
#1 Missing copyright/license headers in doc/perm.texi and
doc/regexprops.texi

#2 doc/find.texi doc/getdate.texi doc/perm.texi doc/regexprops.texi are
combined into findutils.info. However I think the different licenses are not
compatible.

#3 The copyright information in doc/find-maint.texi and doc/getdate.texi says
that "A copy of the license is included in the section entitled ``GNU Free
Documentation License''". However the copy is not actually shipped.
