Details:
In a fully UTF-8 environment (LC_ALL=hu_HU.UTF-8,
UTF-8 filenames) the commands "locate -i é" and "locate -i É"
doesn't find the same set of files, that is, case insensitivity
doesn't work for accented characters.
However, " find -iname '*é*' " and " find -iname '*É*' "
give the same set of files, so "find" seems to support UTF-8
(at least in this respect).
