Implementation of -exec ...+ and -execdir

I have just checked into CVS a change which implements the POSIX idiom
"-exec ... {} +" and the FreeBSD actions "-execdir ... \;" and
"-execdir ... +".  

These have required significant changes to the code and so I'd be
grateful for some feedback beore I put a release on alpha.gnu.org.
The documentation is not yet up-to-date (though the ChangeLog is) but
I'll be updating the manual in the next couple of days.
