findutils-4.2.10: one more build problem report

A build of findutils-4.2.10 on an SGI Altix with gcc 3.2.3 (the only C
compiler available on that particular system) was successful in the
compilation stage, but at the "make check" stage, it reported

        "# of expected passes 16"

and then failed with

        WARNING: Couldn't find the global config file.
        ...
        Native configuration is ia64-unknown-linux-gnu
        ...
        WARNING: Couldn't find tool init file
        ERROR: tcl error sourcing tool-and-target-specific interface file ...

This system has the Dejagnu tool installed as /usr/bin/runtest, and
identifies itself as

        % cat /etc/redhat-release Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release
        3 (Taroon)

        % uname -a
        Linux XXXX.XXXX.XXXX.edu 2.4.21-sgi300rp04081111_10096 #1 SMP Wed Aug 
11 11:33:37 PDT 2004 ia64 ia64 ia64 GNU/Linux

The Tcl version is 8.3.
