This is a surprisingly hostile [1] and terse bug report. I was not
pleased to receive it. Normally I am happy to receive bug reports,
since they represent an opportunity to improve the code. However,
this one was an exception.
If you would care to submit a useful bug report (see
http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html for example) I
will do my best to fix it.

[1] I should say, of course, _apparently_ hostile. I have no idea how
exactly Mr. Jacobson actually feels.
