I like having that information in _a_ mailing list. Thank you for
turning that on as a feature. It can then be searched easily since
google will thread it. The discussion part of the message is very
useful content. But because the mail is an automated form-style of
message it is pretty ugly formatting. So in the same mailbox as
everything else it is a harsh transition back and forth. And you have
been quite busy this last week too (good job) so there has been quite
few messages coming through.
I would rather those submissions go to a different mailing list. This
would be similar to the cvs commits in other groups that go to a
separate mailing list. That would keep the bug and discussion list
cleaner. Sure it is possible to filter this into a different folder
using procmail. And that is what I have done. Which means to me it
would make more sense to make it a different list.
