Summary: manpages are now in section "L", according to header

Original Submission: Hello,

In response to http://bugs.debian.org/175372 you claimed to have made this
change:
| I have fixed this bug in the upstream code by removing the "L"
| suffixes from the manpages (in the headers and in the
| cross-references).

Howver you seem to have been a little bit shaky/incomplete:
xargs.1:
.TH XARGS L " -*- nroff -*-
s/L/1/
updatedb.1:
.TH UPDATEDB 1L " -*- nroff -*-
s/L1/1/
locatedb.5:
.TH LOCATEDB 5L " -*- nroff -*-
s/5L/5/
