Hi.

Is it possible to add a `.tar.gz` for 1.17 release? It’s already the
case for GNU coreutils, GNU sed and GNU grep [1]. Lzip is just not
viable for bootstrapping. Also, could you apply the attached patch?
`test` is preferred to `[` [2].
