[Bug-ed] program prefix for ed

Old ed had binprefix build option (similar to coreutils --program-prefix 
configure option).

I went to re-add the "program-transform-name" support, but didn't see any 
configure.ac or Makefile.am included in ed-0.9 source.

Can someone please re-add it? Or point me to the configure.ac and 
Makefile.am? Or should I just add support manually to configure and 
Makefile.in?

Also the http://www.gnu.org/software/ed/ed.html webpage doesn't link to 
downloads nor to mailing list archives or list details.
