Hmm, would be possible not to mention specific Debian packages?
The thing is naturally not that the manual is not in diffutils-doc
anymore but instead that the manual will finally be in "main" (as
opposed to non-free).
The problem with the above wording is that diffutils-doc binary
package might still exist. In fact, my current plan is to put the info
manual in "diffutils" and the HTML manual in "diffutils-doc", as I do
with several other GNU packages.
My suggestion:
"[...] so that in Debian it may now be included in the main section."
