Sometimes the target drive is usable with only a 10% rescued, sometimes 
it is unusable with only a few sectors missing. One never knows. This is 
why the recommended method in these cases is to make a second copy and 
try to repair it. If the second copy is unusable, you can continue 
running ddrescue on the first.
