Hi
I'm using Mesa (Open-GL) with Red Hat 8 for real-time double buffered
applications.
My software is written in Gardens Point Modula-2. I installed DDD and it
works fine
for debugging Modula-2.
However, when I try to debug Mesa code, I can set breakpoints etc but
the breakpoints
never get activated and DDD hangs. I know the code reaches this point as
I can print out
diagnostics. DDD does not respond to killing by control-C and I have to
reboot Linux
when this occurs. The software does not hang at all if I run it without
DDD. The Mesa
double-buffered code is part of GLUT, which enables the user to define a
display process
and an idle process.
Many thanks
Dave Allerton
