OpenBSD patches

(Based on the deluge of emails I just got on the mailing list, I wasn't the only person having trouble getting stuff sent out... let's see if this one has a delay too or if the issue's been resolved)

After trying datamash on NetBSD, I also tried it on OpenBSD.

The first patch fixes some test errors caused by its getopt_long(3) using a different format for errors, and runs tests that were being skipped due to its lack of seq(1).

The second one uses its pledge(2) security model to restrict the capabilities of datamash and decorate. (See https://man.openbsd.org/pledge.2 for details).
