Dear Developer Team,

 

The ‘--filler’ argument in datamash/transpose does not fill all blank cells within the dataset.

 

Command used

  

datamash --no-strict --filler missing  transpose < JHI_data_subset.txt > tpd_JHI_data_subset.txt

 

Input output files are attached.
