CVS to CVS

Hi,
It been a long time since I've had to manage a CVS system but was  
wondering if it is possible to have a CVS environment replicate to or  
synchronize with another CVS environment?  Or is there some sort of  
tool or script to have a CVS copy itself over to a "back-up" CVS?   
Also, is there any way to have CVS integrate to Microsoft Team  
Foundation Server?  I assume that this would not be possible.
