HTTP tunnel failed with CVS v 1.12.9 and ISA 2000 Proxy

Hi,

Just thought I'd let you know about the above.  I'm running CVS 1.12.9
on a Fedora Core 2 box.
Netscape and Mozilla can happily use the ISA 2000 Proxy (auth'ed via IP
address), but CVS reports:

cvs [login aborted]: proxy server proxy.chapmantripp.co.nz:8080 does not
support http tunnelling
