Looks like we have a solution for "nanosleep".

How do you want divide the work?

Jim Hyslop is the only other respondent to the "gettime" inquiry.  Is
Jim on the CVS Project, GNULib Project or both?

Any interest in a temporary hack until a better solution appears?
