CVS 1.11.1p1 released!!!

There was a minor bug in 1.11.1 preventing read-only checkouts.  This
release fixes it.

A picture is worth 10k words, but only if the words describe the
picture.  Very few arbitrary sets of 10k words can be adequately
replaced with a picture.
