bug#23449: cp command error report

Hi sir

The environment : system is Centos 6.7 .  The centos is work on  vmware
ESXi6.6.6 .

I have a folder named update ,and the folder include 17345 files.  The other
folder named www .  Also the folder /root/update have same directory and
files  with /www .

When I run the command like this "/bin/cp -rf  /root/update/*  /www"  .  I
find some file's permissions  is update but  the file's content not update .

 

I do not known what happened .
