That points to a porting problem in the Gnuwin32 project, so you should
take your complaint there.

Meanwhile, I highly recommend using the cygwin project (cygwin.com)
instead of Gnuwin32.  Cygwin's df works just fine on Windows 2008 Server
without any failure to find mounted file systems.
