Dear Sir,
I am not reporting a bug. Only pointing out possible improvements.
touch is a very useful command for me. I have issue with its handling of
symbolic links.
When you touch the symbolic links the original file gets touche, no the
symbolic link file. I hope you shall be able ro provide me appropriate
