Thanks for the report. The latest stable version of coreutils is 6.10,
but coreutils does not provide colorls.sh, so you will need to forward
this report on to the provider of the script.

At any rate, this is a bug in the script. The output should be properly
quoted:
eval "`dircolors --sh "$COLORS"`"
