[PATCH] Fix the automatic number width formatting in seq.

From: Pádraig Brady
Subject: [PATCH] Fix the automatic number width formatting in seq.
Date: Mon, 9 Jul 2007 15:01:35 +0100
User-agent: Thunderbird 1.5.0.8 (X11/20061116)

* src/seq.c: Fix the -w logic. Ignore spaces and '+'
characters of input numbers when determining width.
Set format correctly for input numbers in scientific notation.
* tests/seq/basic: Add various number width tests.
