As far as I know nobody has ported coreutils to FreeBSD ACLs.  I
expect that getting it to work properly will require some expertise in
FreeBSD (which I don't have).  Perhaps you can find someone who has
that?  The port shouldn't be that difficult.

In the meantime you can work around the problem by building coreutils
without ACL support.  That should avoid the diagnostics (though
obviously you won't be copying the ACLs).
