coreutils cp.1 manual page bug

Hello,

the cp.1 manual page incorrectly states that 
"If the info and cp programs are properly installed at your site, the  command

              info cp

       should give you access to the complete manual."

this is not true as invoking

info cp

gives me info on cpio.

The statement should be changed to say 

"info coreutils cp"

There may be this issue with other man pages from the package as when randomly 
checking, all seem to give the shorter command.
