Update linux acl support

have the acl patches been sent to the coreutils list yet ?  searching the 
archives, the last mention i can find is here:

but that thread went nowhere and acl support is still outdated

has patches to update acl and add attr support in coreutils (they dont apply 
100% clean to 5.3.0, but well enough)
