Any reason the terminal names aren't sorted in any particular order?

I'm okay with leaving `dircolors -p' with no comments, but it is a
user-visible change from 5.2.1 that probably should have been mentioned in
the NEWS for 5.3.0 (revision 1.3 of dcgen was checked in during July 04).
This fact adds all the more impetus to improving the info pages to
describe the dircolors input file format, as well as the LS_COLORS format,
rather than referring to a dircolors invocation that no longer carries
helpful hints. I also think that it is okay for `dircolors --help' to
point to the info pages rather than trying to repeat the input file format
inline (right now it is still pointing to `dircolors -p').
