I post updated revisions from time to time, since I maintain findutils
development releases for ALT Linux Sisyphus.

GNU findutils already supports -delete action (since 4.2.3 release) which
is most important case of -execdir.

I think that you can add '-execdir {} ;' support right now for zero cost.
However, '-execdir {} +' is much more useful option.
